Lecture capture services are recorded in HD and delivered in 720P for YouTube. We liaise with your Venue to provide Risk Assessments and a Method Statement and plan the technical aspects of recordings and auditorium display with in-house technical teams.
What do we record?
- Multiple camera angles: Medium Close Up of your presenter, Wide Shot of the podium, reverse shot into the audience for questions and answer sessions.
- Computer sources: PowerPoint, Keynote, videos played.
- Highlights: to get a feel for the day the 4K highlights film is an edited piece set to music.
- Interviews: If you want to get sound bites from your key stakeholders we can do this too.
- Demos: We offer all kinds of demo options to relay to your live auditorium screen and produce this for later web hosting. We can even offer over-head camera shots for demos.
A short taster of the event that took place in March 2019 at the National Motorcycle Museum for The Society for Broadband Professionals. AVTEAMUK Ltd captured the lectures throughout the day with three cameras and PPT/Keynote source and filmed b-roll footage for this highlights film. We took photos for the clients brochure, as a complimentary service.

AVTEAMUK Ltd. shot this project in 4K on Canon 1-DC cameras in 2018. The final film was updated with client revisions afterwards. The highlights film gave a feel for the two-day international conference at Excel London, with b-roll and 60 interviews shot for the client to use on their website.
