Somehow you made it look like there were three times the number of people there
and it was a nonstop laugh a minute. Just what we need from a promo video.
Great job - thank you!”

from our inaugural half-day conference at The View, Lincoln's Inn Fields. We had

and knowledge.

★★★★★
Clinical Research Manager “Couldn't recommend AVTEAMUK, and Matt more. I have used their services a
number of times as part of my role at The Royal College of Surgeons of England and
every meeting has run very smoothly, for which I am grateful.
I have had a number of comments both from meeting attendees in person and those
presenting virtually that this was the best hybrid/AV experience they've had.”
★★★★★
Parent of Pupils “AVTEAMUK Ltd provided an outdoor cinema event at my home last weekend for my
teenage daughter’s birthday. We were thrilled with the event. Every aspect of the
service was superb. The team did a pre-visit to talk through everything that they
would provide, and to survey the space.
This was very reassuring that everything would run smoothly on the day.
The set-up for the event was slick, professional and friendly with every little detail
taken care of. They supplied air conditioning in case it was too hot, cosy blankets in
case it was cold, uplighters, ceiling lighting and seating. They also went above and
beyond by arriving armed with popcorn and cookies!
The event surpassed my expectations and I would highly recommend Matt and his
team - I hope to book them again in the future.”
★★★★★

would highly recommend them to anyone planning an event.
They were flexible on quote changes, were knowledgeable about the venue (they
advised us to book the loading bay from 6 am, something that was not mentioned by
the venue initially) and were extremely professional, patient, well prepared, and
supportive on the day, and during set-up/de-rig. Their rates are very reasonable. The
whole experience could not be faulted. We will use AVTEAMUK again”
