Sustainable transport and logistics

• Eco-friendly delivery fleet – Half of our vehicles are fully electric, while the rest are Euro 6 (ULEZ compliant) to reduce emissions.
• Hybrid, virtual, and streamed events – We offer remote event solutions to minimise travel and lower carbon footprints.

Responsible equipment disposal

• WEEE-compliant disposal – We ensure that obsolete or redundant technical equipment is either donated or disposed of responsibly through our secure hardware and data disposal agency (National IT Disposal).

Reducing waste at live events

We actively reduce event waste by using reusable, sustainable materials wherever possible:

• Cable management systems – Instead of disposable gaffer tape, we use reusable rubber mats and rubber-road cable covers, reducing single-use waste.
• Reusable velcro cable ties – We eliminate the need for electrical tape by securing cables with durable velcro ties.
• Modular and reusable set systems – Our collapsible, multi-use stage frames and lycra set covers allow for multiple configurations without excess waste.
• Crew-surrounds (hides) – We use reusable structures to conceal technical workspaces rather than single-use timber frames.

Our commitment to sustainability is an ongoing process, and we continue to refine our practices to make every event as environmentally responsible as possible.
